1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer delivery to all major cities across India. Please check if we deliver to your pincode during checkout. If no courier service is available in your area, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Domestic Shipping Charges
We provide Free Shipping within India for all orders. Certain logistic partners may apply a minimal charge for remote areas or special handling, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile items such as jewelry are double-checked and packed with protective materials before dispatch.
5. Courier Partners
We have partnered with trusted courier companies including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Speed Post to ensure reliable delivery services.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment status.

The estimated delivery time is usually between 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier service delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
8. Delivery Verification and Identification
For your security, our courier partners may require a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or driver’s license) to verify identity upon delivery.
9. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, you may contact our support team for assistance or request a refund as per our Refund Policy.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you find it tampered, damaged, or items missing, do not accept the package and immediately contact our support team within 24 hours.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
11. Multiple Shipments
At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if you wish to ship items to different locations.
