Refund policy

At Nain Naksh Jewels, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery you receive brings a smile to your face. Each product is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or tampered product, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or the packaging appears tampered with:

  • Please refuse to accept the package and take a clear unboxing video and at least 2 photos of the package.
  • Email the details and media evidence to help@nainnakshjewels.com within 24 hours of delivery.
    After reviewing your claim, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return request by emailing help@nainnakshjewels.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Return Authorisation: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact, and mention the RMA number on the return label.
    • Use a trackable courier service and keep the tracking details for reference.
    • The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credits only.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to another account or payment method.

4. Conditions for Return

Please ensure that:

  • The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • The return is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, perfume residue, or physical damage.
  • We will accept return, exchange, damage, and replacement within 2 days. Once we receive the item, we will replace it within 5–6 working days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
  • In case of cancellation after shipment, only store credits will be issued (shipping charges will be deducted).
  • Festive offer items or discounted sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

6. Important Notes

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to quality inspection at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return or refund in cases of false claims or violation of policy terms.
